Cottage Diary - Aspenwood self catering luxury Holiday Cottage overlooking Loch Ness in the Highlands of Scotland.

We now have a very smart kitchen and dining area with new laminate tiles covering all of the floor. As you can see it looks quite spacious with all of the furniture still waiting to be replaced so we thought we would hold the Firms Dance here next Saturday.
Another new addition is a bigger sink with new tap in the kitchen area ideal for small amounts of washing up as you gaze out of the window towards Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness. For larger amounts of dirty dishes we always recommend using the dishwasher as this also does the drying up! Unfortunately it does not actually put the dishes away.
We have also replaced the three roller blinds with a jazzy fruity colourful pattern to compliment the decor.
